Sea salt is not a natural source of iodine.
However, the shellfish that live in the sea contain significant levels of the element.
And this:
You can get Vitamin D from sunlight.
Mushrooms, which grow in places without much sunlight, are a great source of Vitamin D.
Isn’t that curious?
